As I am trying to sleep tonight and thinking of the good day today, I am particularly grateful for this amazing world of technology we live in. Now I don't begin to understand the electronics of it all, I just use it. I only understand the energy of healing that I practice.

Today I wrote an email to a friend who lives in Switzerland, he read it and called me right away even though it was midnight there. That was great since we hadn't spoken in about 2 years. So far, but so near on this planet. World Wide Web, a perfect example and metaphor of how we are truly interconnected not separate from one another. Everything we do ripples out from us to others. We never know the effect of what we say or do, so make it good. Today was a good day and I wish you the same.

Changes, changes

We are always changing in one way or another. The goal is to keep looking within and not putting the blame for our life and situations on someone else. We all create our life whether we are conscious of this process or not. Our thoughts create. Whatever we put our attention on, what we focus on will be. You've heard that before. Let's make our focus be on a positive situation outcome or thing that will benefit us and others in our life. Know that what is asked of us by God, the Universe, is possible and not too much for us to understand or do although sometimes it may feel too much. If we surrender to this process and "go with the flow" life becomes easier.

We are all used to being "do-ers". Let's learn to be human "be-ings". Stop, listen to your soul, your inner voice, believe it and move forward in faith.

This New Year 2009

Happy New Year! I hope that you have had a wonderful beginning to this new year. We know that many happenings and events have set in motion the significant changes that will occur in our lives, our country and the world. Old ways, institutions and ideas are falling rapidly creating a void for new ideas and solutions to fill this space. We are building a new community, both locally and globally.

This is the time when we personally may be reminded about things from our past that must be examined, worked through and let go. I am having my turn now. Let me give you a brief example of my illness-imposed retreat over this New Year's Holiday. For about a month now, memories have been coming up with people that I thought were long resolved. However, this time I felt regret and a bit stupid for choices even though I did the best I could at the time. I know not to fuss at myself but it was happening. What's all this about? Then I got a severe cold, lost my voice for 5 days & have stayed home. This has been a forced but much needed introspective retreat.
Old memories of a HS boyfriend even popped up along with something he said to me that amazingly connected all the dots of my actions and choices over the years. That one unkind and selfish sentence that I heard as an insecure teenager went deep into my unconscious mind and guided my choices of men and money over the years. Clearly it has been a lesson for me to learn.
You can imagine my joy at this new awareness! Freed from this very self devaluing statement at last! I blessed this knowledge, released the experience with proven energy release techniques. I am now ready to move into 2009 with understanding and the ability to manifest what is supportive of me and my abilities.

When those old memories keep coming up, ask yourself in a quiet moment, what is left to learn from this. Then wait for the answer to arrive, maybe even the next day. Don't get into your head and analyse it all. This must come from the deeper level of self. If you need help letting go, give me a call. I can support and help you in your self-discovery.

The energies during these first two weeks of January are very strong for manifesting so keep your thoughts positive. Whatever you concentrate and focus on you will get....more of the same or something much better? You are very valuable so be kind to yourself and create an abundant life.

Lead with your heart

That sounds like an old overused lyric from an love song. Well, in these difficult and confusing times it is good advice. I and maybe you, can feel so overwhelmed by all the information coming at us from so many sources it's easy to say "I give up" and let the fears in our head rule. I certainly have experienced what happens when fear takes over...exactly nothing. Now I'm not talking about the kind of fear we feel when faced with defending ourself from a bear or getting out of the middle of the street. Look at all your other fears that tell you not to do this because....whatever will happen. Fear can stop thought, sensible action and positive outcomes. We have a big & important choice facing us now. Consider the options with your intelligent mind, listen to your gut instinct and allow your answers to go through the filter of your heart. You will make the right choice for yourself.

Working in the physical....
I never expect my computer to go down but that's what happened for the last 2 weeks. Slowed me down and put me a bit behind but all's well now. If you live in the Denver area, call Mike Spence if you have a problem. He knew what he was doing. He's the PC Paramedic, 720-298-4737.

Change always make us look at things differently. Recently, something simple happened - a little bit of a change. I ran out of the vitamins that I have taken for years.
